Lana Simkins lives in rural Ontario with her husband, three children, two dogs, one hamster, and many tiny aquatic pets. She loves to create things, especially books. She loves nature, biking, cooking, and all things crafty.
As a child, Lana developed a chronic illness. She found escape in books and stories. She hopes you have as much fun reading her books as she had creating them. Greta and the Dark Cloud is her first picture book.
Books can take you all over the world, even when you can’t leave your home, or your bed.
